• Procedures: Scopes/bread & butter/laparoscopic abdominal procedures, Ophthalmology (cataracts), Podiatry (4 days per month), Orthopedics (1/2 day per month), Vascular (occasionally, 1 day per month), Cardiology (TEEs/Cardioversions), Surgical procedures (General Anesthetics, MAC, Regional skills, Blocks optional - will teach if need to refresh)
• Certifications Needed: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Patient Population/Case Load: Inpatient 10-20%, Outpatient 80-90%
• Case Mix: GI cases only at Gladwin
• Trauma Level: Not specified
• EMR in Use: Not specified

Call Responsibilities:

• OR Call: Call responsibility is primarily in Clare, no OB call. 1-hour response time for Clare. Call 1:3/1-2 holidays per year.
• Weeknight Call: Until 11 PM
• Weekend Call: 7 AM - 11 PM
