We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a travel assignment in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management principles, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Required Qualifications\n

  • Minimum 2 years of Acute Care Hospital Case Management experience

    • Fast-paced Acute Care environments

  • Current work history within the last 2 years (Hard Stop)

Required Skills\n

  • Epic EMR experience (Required)

  • Experience managing a patient caseload of approximately 20 patients per day
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

  • BLS Certification

  • Preferred, but first-time travelers may be considered based on clinical review and experience.
