\n We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Rural Health Primary Care Clinic travel assignment in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Colorado.
\n This is an excellent opportunity for clinic nurses seeking a stable Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no weekends, and no holiday requirements.
\n ### Assignment Details
\n * Start Date: July 6, 2026
\n * Duration: 13 Weeks
\n * Schedule: Monday – Friday
\n * Shift: 10-Hour Day Shifts
\n * Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
\n * Openings: 2
\n * EMR: Cerner
\n ### Responsibilities
\n * Patient triage and assessment
\n * Care coordination and follow-up
\n * Medication administration and immunizations
\n * Patient education and chronic disease management
\n * Telephone triage and patient portal messaging
\n * Clinical documentation in Cerner
\n * Collaboration with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinic staff
\n ### Requirements
\n * Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License
\n * Minimum 2 Years of Recent RN Experience
\n * Current AHA BLS Certification
\n * Cerner Experience Required
\n * Strong assessment, triage, and patient education skills
\n ### Preferred Experience
\n * Rural Health Clinic
\n * Primary Care
\n * Family Practice
\n * Internal Medicine
\n * Immunizations and Medication Administration
\n * CLIA-Waived Laboratory Testing
