American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Structural Heart Cardiology position requiring 2+ years of care coordination experience, Epic proficiency, and an active MA RN license.

- Position is based in a Structural Heart unit within a hospital setting \n
- This role is less patient-facing than a typical RN position, with a primary focus on administrative care coordination duties such as referrals and follow-ups \n
- Structural heart and cardiac background is preferred but not required \n
- 10-hour day shifts, with 8:00 AM–6:00 PM hours highly preferred; 8-hour or 12-hour shifts may be considered \n
- 40 hours per week \n
- No nights, no weekends, and no holiday coverage required \n
- Floating is not required \n
- Epic EMR experience is required \n
- 13-week contract \n

- Active MA RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration \n
- Current BLS certification (AHA) required \n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a care coordinator role required; 4+ years highly preferred \n
- Triage experience required \n
- Level 1 trauma experience required \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel \n
- Previous travel experience is not required \n

- Primary responsibilities include coordinating care for patients on the Structural Heart unit, including referrals and follow-ups \n
- Orientation is held weekly on Mondays \n
- COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccine required; medical exemptions are accepted \n
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered \n
- All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of consideration \n
- Candidates who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health (travel, permanent, or per diem) within the last 6 months are not eligible — a 6-month separation from any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility is required \n
