Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Vermont.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry

- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights

- Charge Experience Required – Candidate must be willing and able to work Charge Nurse assignments.
- PCU Care Required – This is an Adaptive Acuity Unit. Travelers may be assigned PCU-level patients at a 3:1 ratio and cannot refuse these assignments.
- 48-Hour Contracts Not Accepted
- Drip Experience Required

Required ExperienceCandidates must have experience with:

✅ Med-Surg patients
✅ PCU/Stepdown-level patients
✅ Telemetry monitoring
✅ Drip management
Required Drips- Insulin Drips
- Esmolol Drips
- Sodium Drips
- Taking Charge Nurse assignments
- Managing fluctuating acuity levels
- Caring for PCU patients when census requires
- Telemetry interpretation
- Higher-acuity patient assignments
- Maximum 5 days RTO
- Less is preferred
- Must be disclosed at submission
- No additional RTO requests after submission/interview
- Candidate must be reachable
- Voicemail must be set up and active
- Facilities may bypass candidates without voicemail
- Charge Differential: $3/hour
- Holiday Rate: 1.25x
- Overtime: Paid at regular bill rate (no OT multiplier)
- No Call or Callback requirement
- Non-Billable Orientation: 0 Hours
