Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Requirements

\t
• Minimum 3 years of experience required.
\t
• Must have experience in Acute Care, Trauma, Emergency Department, and Critical Care settings.
\t
• Ability to work independently in a Critical Access Hospital is required.
\t
• Epic experience is required.
\t
• First-time travelers will not be considered.

Certifications Required:

• ACLS
\t
• BLS
\t
• PALS
\t
• RRT

Required Skills:

• Adult Critical Care
\t
• Emergency Department
\t
• Pediatrics

Preferred Skills:

• NICU
\t
• Pediatric Critical Care

Scheduling & Call Requirements:

• Travelers must be flexible with scheduling based on facility needs.
\t
• The facility cannot accommodate personal scheduling requests.
\t
• Weekend coverage is required at least every other weekend and may be more frequent depending on operational needs.
\t
• No mandatory on-call requirement; voluntary on-call opportunities may be available.
\t
• Floating Requirement:
\t
• Clinicians must be willing to float within their scope of practice to all four campus locations:
\t
• Bend
\t
• Redmond
\t
• Prineville
\t
• Madras

• Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted.
