Customer Service Representative (Telephone) 

Location: Hunt Valley, MD (On-Site)
Pay: $16 per hour plus 300 monthly bonus potential
Schedule: No nights or weekends

Access Receivables Management is hiring multiple people to support a large project for one of our national clients.  The position is based at our Hunt Valley headquarters.  This is a high-impact, fast-paced role focused on making outbound calls and handling inbound calls from customers with outstanding invoices to facilitate payment. It may require explaining invoices to customers and handling objections.  

1. Experience is not necessary.  We have excellent training.
2. This role provides experience in a modern office environment for customer service-type applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to engage customers who have a delinquent invoice and provide a friendly reminder for payment
• Handle inbound calls from customers to handle disputes and take online payments.  
• Email invoices to customers where required.
• Properly document each account in our CSR system.
