Reports To: Store Manager

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate delivers an engaging and seamless shopping experience through product knowledge and providing attentive, customer-focused service. This role thrives in a collaborative team environment, builds positive customer relationships, and contributes to driving sales and overall store productivity.

Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Actively sells, builds customer relationships, and drives add-on sales
• Maintains strong product knowledge
• Supports achievement of daily sales and loyalty goals during shifts

2. Operational Execution

• Ensures selling floor and backroom are clean, organized, and stocked during shifts
• Assists with shipment processing, replenishment, and merchandising tasks
• Follows all cash handling and company procedures

• Consistently delivers strong sales performance
• Demonstrates outstanding customer service behaviors
• Shift tasks and operational duties completed accurately and on time
• Works with a positive attitude

 

Required Qualifications 

·         Ability to work a flexible schedule; including, but not limited to, holidays, evenings and weekends.

·         Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds

 

Preferred Qualifications 

·         High School Diploma or equivalent
