Location: Mercer County
Position Overview
Assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting which may include both clinical and front desk duties.
Location and Hours of Position
PHN Buhl Farm Community Health Center 220 North Buhl Farm Drive, Hermitage Pa 16148
Additional Sites: Green Street Primary Care
The general office hours for this position are:
- Monday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm
NO WEEKENDS
Compensation
Position starts at $20.00 for an LPN, however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant or LPN - and/or two years experience in a clinical setting
- Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
- Administering Medication
- Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
- Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction
- Computer proficient
