Job Description
- Support and lead commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and development
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and related transaction documents
- Work on mixed-use, condominium, and multifamily projects
- Advise on regulatory and local real estate matters such as TOPA, ROFRs, and rent control
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
- 1+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, or development matters
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail
- Active bar license in DC, MD, or VA
