Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Searching for a house cleaner while I recover from surgery. Only once a week for five weeks. While I have five bedrooms I'm only looking for help in the kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom and small office. Possibly a bit of laundry. I'm not picky about supplies so if possible could you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)?
