Cleveland Construction is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead high-profile in Charlotte, NC. This hands-on role is ideal for a project superintendent with hotel/hospitality experience and who delivers safe, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily onsite construction operations
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
- Enforce safety, quality, and code compliance
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of commercial construction experience (hotel/hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with modern construction tools and software
- OSHA 30 certified, preferred
