Our Onboarding Philosophy (The "Dating" Period): To ensure a successful long-term partnership, all candidates start as a company driver for the first 30 to 90 days. Think of it as dating before we get married for 4 years! This allows you to learn our freight network and demonstrate solid business performance (no late deliveries, no tickets, no out-of-service DOT violations, and no accidents) before transitioning seamlessly into your lease contract.

Once you transition to the lease program, you earn the full Owner-Operator rate. We pay for all dispatched miles, both loaded and empty (e.g., if you are dispatched 50 miles empty to pick up a 100-mile load, you are paid for all 150 miles).

• Short Hauls (0–200 miles): $2.01 per mile
• Medium Hauls (201–500 miles): $1.86 per mile
• Long Hauls (501+ miles): $1.76 per mile
• Fuel Surcharge: Rates include a 100% pass-through fuel surcharge (currently tracking at $0.51/mile).
• Fuel Savings: 100% of our corporate fuel discount network savings are passed directly to you.

• Available Fleet: 2018 & 2020 Cummins-powered International Pro Stars and 2020 Kenworth T-680s (approx. 400k–600k miles).
• Low Weekly Payments: Truck values range from $50,000 to $75,000 over 3–4 years at 9.5%. Weekly payments start as low as $368.64 to $443.74/week.
• Worry-Free Walk-Away: This is an open-ended, walk-away lease. If your plans change, you can walk away.
• No Hidden Fees: Absolutely zero down payment and NO balloon payment at the conclusion of your lease.

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verified Class A over-the-road (OTR) tractor-trailer experience.
• Performance Record: Clean safety record, stable work history, and a commitment to high performance during the initial 30-90 day company driver onboarding window.
