Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents following the 5 Rights and facility policies
- Report any changes in condition to the charge nurse and treating physician
- Communicate updates to family members as appropriate and document changes accurately
- Assist certified nursing assistants with care tasks and respond to resident call lights
- Maintain accurate medication administration records and collaborate with the health care team
- Perform other duties as requested by the charge nurse or director of nursing

Requirements
- Active Wisconsin LPN license (RN licensure also acceptable per notes)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ year of related work experience preferred
- Open to RN or LPN
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program (education)
- Ability to work in a long-term care setting and pass medication administration as required
