Experience-Based Base Pay Structure (CPM):

• 0–12 Months Experience: $0.53 CPM
• 12–36 Months Experience: $0.55 CPM
• 37–60 Months Experience: $0.56 CPM
• 61+ Months Experience: $0.58 CPM

AVERAGE WEEKLY PAY: $1450.00

Additional Earnings & Bonuses:

• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500.00 to jumpstart your transition
• Stop Pay: $20.00 per stop (includes the first stop)
• Unload Pay: $55.00 per full trailer unload (100% touch freight using provided powered pallet jacks)

Route, Schedule & Duties:

• Home Time: Home daily!
• Schedule: Steady night and weekend shifts.
• Volume: Averaging 4 loads per week (~2,000 miles) with an average length of haul around 490 miles.
• Operation: Daily slip-seat operation. Drivers safely operate a CDL-A vehicle, manage storefront unloading with provided power equipment (full training included), and maintain accurate ELD logs.

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• Physical capability to handle trailer unloading utilizing powered pallet jacks.
