Job Description

Rotational Mold Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Rotational Mold Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up molds, load raw plastic materials, operate industrial rotational molding ovens, and inspect finished products for quality.

Job Responsibilities

Clean molds, apply release agents, and secure required hardware inserts.
Measure and load exact amounts of plastic resin powder into mold cavities.
Set up, operate, and monitor rotational molding machinery and oven cycles.
Unload finished plastic parts from molds safely after the cooling cycle.
Use basic hand tools to trim excess material (flash) from parts.
Inspect finished goods for defects like thin spots, bubbles, or warpage.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and document daily production logs.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or warehouse environments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools (drills, trimmers, wrenches).
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly during shifts.
Comfort working in a fast-paced factory environment with high-temperature ovens.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols
