Truck Driver

**WORK PERFORMED:

**

• Truck Driver transports finished and semi-finished goods between in-house shipping, receiving, suppliers and vendors driving a F450 truck with a 12’ box.

• This individual loads and unloads orders, operates fork trucks and verifies shipping documentation.

• The driver strives to meet internal and external customer expectations by providing good communication, responsive, adaptive and exceptional value added service.

• Perform other tasks as requested or required to support the needs of the business.

• Maintain truck safety equipment is up to date and ensure truck gets routinely maintained per lease agreement.

**QUALIFICATIONS:

**

• Have 3-5 years of Truck driving experience.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.

• Have an acceptable motor vehicle record.

• No CDL is required, but must be able to pass a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Standards compliant physical.

• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening).

• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Possess or be able to obtain valid Forklift Certification.

• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups; team player.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks with very little supervision.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with project partners and staff.
