Are you an experienced welder who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and building quality work? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Welder Fabricator to join our growing team and help fabricate high-quality parts from blueprint to finished product.

✨ What You'll Do:

???? Weld and fabricate parts per blueprint
???? Utilize MIG & TIG welding processes
???? Verify weld quality using calipers, gauges & inspection tools
⚙️ Grind, polish, straighten, and finish parts
???? Perform complex fabrication and multi-pass welds
???? Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes & jib cranes
???? Interpret welding symbols, blueprints & specifications
✅ Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures

✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:

???? High School Diploma or GED
???? 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience
???? Blueprint reading and weld setup experience
???? Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
???? Team-oriented mindset with strong communication
???? Safety and quality-focused work ethic
???? ASME code knowledge is a plus
