Role Overview

As a Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our product development and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and project management to design, develop, and optimize stainless steel fabrication projects from concept through completion. Your expertise in 3D modeling will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that meet our clients' exacting specifications while maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign & Engineering
  • Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using advanced CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms) for stainless steel fabrication projects
  • Develop comprehensive design specifications, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation for production teams
  • Design custom stainless steel components, assemblies, and systems that meet industry standards and client requirements
  • Strong understanding of materials science, including stainless steel, plastics, and carbon steel.
  • Ability to make rapid design changes while maintaining high design quality.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering, shop personnel, and clients to support efficient design processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering required. Master’s degree is a big plus
  • 10+ years of experience in equipment design, preferably in the Biopharma industry.
  • Applicants with strong relevant experience will be considered even if they do not meet the formal degree requirement.
