By mid-morning, you’re moving materials with carts or a pallet jack (and a forklift if you’re certified), reading tape measures to verify cuts, and grinding parts clean so assemblies come together flawlessly. Before the day wraps, you’ll tidy work cells, assist with light assembly, and make sure tools and PPE are squared away for the next run.

What You’ll Do

• Support welders and fabricators with part prep, staging, and shop coordination.
• Handle materials: load, unload, and move steel using carts, pallet jacks, or a forklift (if certified).
• Grind, clean, and prepare metal parts for welding and assembly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with basic assembly tasks as needed.
