Step into a welder’s day you’ll be proud of

At 6:00 AM you gear up, review a blueprint, dial in your machine, and lay down clean, consistent beads. By mid-morning you’ve moved from tack-up to full welds, inspecting your work for accuracy and strength. The afternoon is for fine-tuning, organizing your station, and collaborating with teammates so everything is ready for tomorrow. You wrap at 4:30 PM, evenings wide open.

• Pay: $17–$25 per hour (experience-based)
• Shift: Day shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Locations: Whitesboro & Gainesville, TX

What you’ll do

• Perform MIG (GMAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding on various materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Hit quality targets—produce strong, clean, accurate welds
• Follow safety protocols and keep your work area orderly

• Hands-on experience with MIG and/or Stick welding
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
