Local CDL-A Truck Driver | Dedicated Fleet

Daily Routine & Route:

• Home Daily: Dependable 10–12 hour shifts, returning home after every run.
• The Route: Local loops delivering dry and refrigerated grocery freight across OH, IN, and KY.
• Volume: 200–300 miles per day, handling 2 to 4 loads and 6 to 8 total stops.
• 100% Touch Freight: Fast-paced unloading at storefronts using store-provided powered pallet jacks.

What We Offer (Component Pay Structure):

• Average Earnings: $1,600+ gross weekly / $83,000 yearly average.
• Activity Payouts: $37.00 per unload | $20.00 per stop | $20.00 per backhaul | $25.00 per pallet restack.
• Safety Bonus: $25.00 per clean DOT inspection.
• Paid Training: 2-day on-site ride-along and powered pallet jack training paid at $100/day.

Schedule & Commute:

• Shift: 3rd Shift (2100 / 9:00 PM start time). Must be flexible to work weekends within your scheduled week.
• Operation: Daily slip-seat operation. Trucks stay at the yard; reliable personal transit to Blue Ash is required.
• Flexibility: Willingness to support our nearby Woodlawn facility if operationally needed.

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of solo CDL-A driving experience (Driving school does not count).
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of Blue Ash, OH (45242).
