Job Description

As an Ergonomist, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions that address their unique ergonomic challenges. Your responsibilities will span assessing ergonomic risks, conducting detailed analyses, and recommending actionable improvements.
You will be a vital part of our team, helping to lead clients toward a safer and more efficient workplace.
Requirements
- Hold a B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in industrial ergonomics.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Experience or certification in ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., NIOSH equations, RULA, REBA, Digital Human Modeling) is preferred.
- Display strong communication skills, including experience creating reports and delivering presentations to client contacts.
- Be willing to travel for occasional local site visits and regular travel between client facilities.
