Mold Line Op.

Location: Homer, MI

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

• Operate automated production machinery
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
• Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet quality specifications
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make basic machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency
• Identify and report mechanical issues or quality concerns
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Previous machine operating experience preferred
• Experience in automotive or metal manufacturing a plus
• Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
• Familiarity with measuring tools and quality standards
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• High school diploma or GED preferred
