Job Description
Our client is seeking an RF Technician responsible for assembling, soldering, testing, and troubleshooting RF and electronic components in a production and engineering support environment. This role involves working with RF test equipment, reading schematics, fabricating cables and wire harnesses, and supporting prototype builds.
The technician will support the assembly, testing, and integration of RF and electronic hardware used in high‑reliability applications. This position works hands‑on with engineering teams to build, troubleshoot, and validate RF assemblies, subassemblies, and prototypes.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7AM-4:00PM or 8AM-4:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Cable & harness fabrication — Build RF cables, wire harnesses, and electronic modules.
- Prototype support — Assist engineers with prototype builds, fixtures, and development activities.
- RF assembly & testing — Build and test RF and electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and modules.
- Soldering work — Perform through‑hole and SMT soldering on PCBAs to engineering specifications.
- Documentation & schematics — Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Manufacturing support — Support calibration, equipment maintenance, and inventory of tools/materials.
- RF troubleshooting — Diagnose issues using RF and electronic test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzer, VNA, power meter)
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong soldering skills (through‑hole and SMT)
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation.
- 3+ years hands‑on experience in RF assembly, RF testing, or RF troubleshooting.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, RF labs, or related technical environments.
- Experience using RF/electronic test equipment (spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal generator, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with IPC soldering standards.
- Experience in high‑reliability electronics (defense, aerospace, telecom, wireless, etc.)
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
