Salary Range: $27.00-$32.00 per hour (depending on experience and certifications)

Ventura Orthopedics is seeking a motivated and versatile Radiologic Technologist to support our growing orthopedic practice.
This unique role offers the opportunity to work with physicians, clinical staff, and patients in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. From imaging and casting to patient care and clinical support, you'll play an important role in helping our patients receive exceptional orthopedic care.

As a Radiologic Technologist you will:
- Perform diagnostic X-rays for patients in an orthopedic practice setting.
- Maintain and organize imaging records and films.
- Schedule MRI appointments and assist with MRI coordination.
- Print and prepare MRI reports and imaging studies for physicians.
- Order and maintain MRI, medical, and clinic supplies.
- Apply and remove casts as needed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and a positive patient experience.
- Travel between Ventura Orthopedics locations as needed.
- Support Urgent Ortho shifts and occasional Saturday coverage.
- Valid California X-Ray Technician License.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 12–18 months of related healthcare experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to safely assist patients with positioning during imaging procedures.
- Strong knowledge of patient safety and radiologic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
- Willingness to travel to other Ventura Orthopedics locations as needed.
- Orthopedic or urgent care experience.
- Experience working with electronic medical records.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and assisting patients. Candidates must be capable of moving equipment and supplies, positioning patients for imaging procedures, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
