Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bedford is HIRING NOW for a friendly Customer Service Representative to help keep our service department running smoothly. In this role, you'll assist customers by scheduling service appointments, answering inbound inquiries, coordinating communication between customers and the service team, and helping create an exceptional service experience from the first phone call to the day of the appointment.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be a great opportunity. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, retail, healthcare scheduling, reception, administrative support, or appointment setting. Previous dealership experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person with strong customer service and communication skills!

Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers regarding service needs and maintenance reminders
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Assist customers with service-related questions
- Communicate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service, receptionist, scheduling, call center, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or dealership experience is a plus
