We’re looking for someone with experience in investment product analysis and/or technical product management (including experience in AI-development), who thrives on collaboration and is excited to deliver solutions that make a real difference for our business partners. Responsibilities: + Leads product management activities for several technology products, including planning, development, and implementation. + Provides data analysis and insight in support of PRD research and other strategic initiatives. + Defines and analyzes business partner needs. Develops detailed product features and requirements and develops implementation plans. + Identifies new sources of data, analyses, or tools that can support investment product development and competitive intelligence. Provides consultation and subject-matter expertise on available data sources and how that data can be used to solve business partner needs. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams and IT partners to align solutions to business partner needs. + Coaches product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensures delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach, as necessary. + Partners with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner and supports/drives escalations where required to enable rapid delivery. + Employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve capabilities offered to business partners. + Participates in and provides recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. + Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. CFA/CFP preferred. + Minimum of five years related work experience. At least 3 years prior experience in investment/investment product analysis, data analysis/analytics, and/or technical product management.
