What You'll Do

As our Life Enrichment Coordinator, you'll help create an engaging lifestyle for residents throughout Assisted Living and Memory Care while supporting programming across Independent Living. Your days might include:

•  Planning engaging activities and special events
•  Organizing entertainment, outings, and educational programs
•  Creating calendars, newsletters, and digital displays
•  Coordinating resident transportation for community adventures
•  Recruiting and working alongside volunteers
•  Helping showcase resident life through social media and marketing
• ? Building relationships that help residents feel known, valued, and connected

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves working with older adults 
• Is creative, organized, and self-motivated 
• Can juggle multiple projects while keeping a smile 
• Communicates exceptionally well 
• Is comfortable with technology including Microsoft 365 
• Enjoys planning memorable events and experiences 
• Is willing to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and holidays for special events 
• Has previous experience working with seniors (required) 
• Holds an Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred) 
• Has a valid driver's license and enjoys getting out into the community with residents.
