We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost sales in our retail channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and creative departments to design impactful campaigns tailored to our target markets.

• Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
• Coordinate and execute in-store promotional events and campaigns to attract and engage customers.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing tactics.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail marketing concepts and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media channels.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
