What You Will Do:

• Greet showroom guests and guide them through a seamless car-buying journey.
• Spend time creating short, engaging vehicle walkaround videos for social media leads.
• Build a personal book of business by following up with internet and phone inquiries.
• Conduct test drives and clearly explain advanced vehicle tech, warranties, and perks.
• Stay connected after the sale to ensure continued satisfaction & understanding.
• Represent Diamond Buick GMC with professionalism, accountability, and care.

What We Are Looking For:

• Attitude Over Experience: Previous auto sales experience is great, but hospitality, retail, or military backgrounds excel here!
• Tech-Savvy Communicator: Comfortable using smartphones to send text follow-ups and record quick video messages.
• Driven Mindset: A resilient, self-motivated worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean Record: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time | 5-day Workweek | In-Person
