What You'll DoAs a Kitchen Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality, speed, and consistency. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and assembling menu items following brand-specific recipes and portion standards. - Performing kitchen prep tasks like chopping, marinating, breading, and portioning ingredients. - Operating kitchen equipment such as woks, grills, fryers, ovens, and rice cookers safely and efficiently. - Cooking proteins, vegetables, sauces, and sides while maintaining accuracy and speed. - Crafting made-to-order items like bowls, plates, burritos, tacos, wraps, salads, and more. - Following food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines. - Keeping the kitchen clean and organized, including workstations, prep areas, and storage spaces. - Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times. - Assisting with deliveries, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking team players with a strong work ethic and a passion for food. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - Experience: Previous kitchen or food prep experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided! - Skills: Ability to follow recipes, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail. - Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and equipment use is a plus. - Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to reliability and accountability. - Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required; basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
