General Laborer – Stockton, CA

General Laborer to work inside our facility moving boxes on and off a conveyor system. This position involves light lifting and constant standing during 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

· Move boxes on and off the conveyor system safely and efficiently

· Perform light lifting as needed throughout the shift

· Stand continuously for 10-hour shifts

· Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

· Hard hat

· Safety glasses

· Work vest

Work Schedule

· Monday through Friday

· 10-hour day shifts

Compensation:

Pay compliant with California labor laws

Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular rate for hours worked over 8 in a day or 40 in a week

Double time paid for hours worked beyond 12 in a day or beyond 8 hours on the seventh consecutive day in a workweek

Pay Rate: $20-22.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
