The Assessment and Resource Center for Autism and Neurodiversity (ARC) is looking to add a Psychometrist to join our purpose-driven, values-based team in Frisco, Texas.

Our clinic provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, 19-point qEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, and therapy services for children, teens, and adults. Job Summary

The right person will be primarily responsible for properly administering and scoring neuropsychological and psychological tests as defined in the competencies for a Psychometrist. Responsibilities include providing written summaries of patients’ behavior during testing and writing data summaries of tests administered for clinical analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and score neuropsychological and psychological tests as defined in competencies for a Psychometrist I.
- Score tests administered, including objective personality tests administered by supervising clinical psychologist.
- Provide a written summary of the patient’s behavior during testing, including any interactions with the patient’s parents or peers that may be observed incidentally.
- Write data summaries of tests administered for clinical analysis by a clinical psychologist.
- Attend training conferences offered by the supervising clinical psychologist and outside organizations.
- Participate in establishing job requirements and goals; perform duties at the desired level of competency.
- Review and ensure timeliness, accuracy, availability, and security of information.
- Comply with Infection Control and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Understands, adheres to, and models Core Standards as defined organizationally and specifically within the practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- One year of experience with special needs
- Basic knowledge of Psychometry and psychological test administration
- Interest in working with others and helping individuals with autism and neurodiversity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including consistently demonstrating a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive thinker and detailed planner
- Ability to handle information confidentially
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience meeting regular deadlines
- Ability to continually learn and grow in your knowledge base within this field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Schedule & Work Setting
- Full-time, In-Person (Frisco clinic). Typical hours align with clinic operations; some evenings may extend to accommodate late appointments or events.
- ARC operates on a 4-day work week
- Employee hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-7:15pm
- Light remote support for end-of-week email/accounting or special projects as needed.
