ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot and showroom
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles in an orderly and safe manner
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly displayed
• Assist with dealer trades and vehicle transfers as needed
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel levels, tire pressure, battery condition)
• Install dealer plates and stock tags on vehicles
• Keep inventory areas organized and properly labeled
• Maintain cleanliness of customer parking areas and sales offices
• Assist sales staff with vehicle deliveries and customer vehicle prep
• Follow all dealership safety and driving policies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILLITIES:

This role has no supervisory responsibilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels
• Requires standing for extended period with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance
• May requires some driving and typing. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles
• Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
