As the Store Manager at El Molino, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily store operations to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency.
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Managing inventory and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
- Handling scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Upholding company policies and maintaining a positive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership position.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
