Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Assist with onboarding clients to have good expectations and know how to use our services.
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred, along with proficiency in English to be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
