Material Handler (Cooling Yard)

We are seeking a Material Handler / Palletizer to join our team! This is an entry-level general labor position working outdoors in our Cooling Yard. Employees will be responsible for repetitively lifting and stacking forged metal parts onto pallets, maintaining product separation, and supporting production operations in a safe and efficient manner.

This is a physically demanding position requiring continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
• Manually lift and palletize forged metal parts
• Keep heat codes separated
• Visually inspect parts and separate questionable material for Quality Assurance review
• Operate and maintain packaging equipment
• Perform minor rework and de-burring as directed
• Store materials in designated locations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and Safety Programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Ability to perform repetitive physical labor throughout the shift
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Basic math skills
• Good hand-eye coordination and mobility
• Ability to work overtime as needed
