*Evening Bakery Production

Join our Bakery Team - this position will assist in baking all of our fresh products every evening.

(Must be available Sunday - Friday) This is a part-time position in the evenings. Schedule is 4pm to 12:30am.

Production Baking Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Know the Mission of Kuppa Joy
  
• Know kitchen recipes and standards for serving our products
  
• Maintain correct inventory levels
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
  
• Know your Employee Handbook
• Create and maintain excellent products for our customers to enjoy
• Show up to work on time and ready to work with excellence

Requirements:

• To Love People
• 1 year of Professional Baking Experience or
• 1 year of Professional Cooking Experience preferred
• Dedicated to excellence
• Positive and approachable
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
  
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Passion for growth and development
• Coachable and receptive to correction
  
• Organized and detail oriented
  
• Logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  
• Must be available on Holidays and weekends
• Excited to work on a small team in the evening/overnight
• Able to obtain a CA food handler certificate
• Potential to grow into Full-Time hours
• Completion of Pre-Employment Exams sent via email
