Do you prefer working overnights and want a rewarding job where you can make a difference in the lives of seniors?  Evergreen Knoll is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as an Overnight Resident Assistant.  This is an awake position providing care and support to our residents.  No experience is necessary for this entry level position; we will provide all the training and support you need to be a successful and valuable member of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with personal cares as scheduled.
• Performing housekeeping duties.
• Observing residents and reporting changes in physical and emotional condition.
• Passing medications and supervising resident self-administration. 

Shifts/Hours:

• 10p – 6:30a, full-time and part-time, including every other weekend.

- Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!

Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals who have a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly for this entry level position.

Successful candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, dependability, and flexibility.

Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.

Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota.
