We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating various projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Coordinate and oversee project activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and management to provide project updates and resolve issues.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets and resource allocation.
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate actions to keep projects on track.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in a project management environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to analyze project data and contribute to problem-solving and process improvement.
