Qualifications

• Active New York State CHHA Certification

• Authorized to Work in the United States

• Reliable Transportation Preferred

• Compliance with Current New York State Health Requirements

• Previous Home Care Experience Preferred but Not Required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Remind clients to take medications as directed

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment

• Document and communicate client needs as required
