What You'll Be Doing

As a Scooter's Coffee Barista, you'll be at the heart of our operations, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every customer who walks through our doors. Here’s a glimpse into your daily responsibilities:

• Start and end the day right: Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders, and prepare beverages and sweet treats to perfection – from coffee and espresso drinks to blended coffees, teas, and pastries.
• Keep things spotless: Clean, sanitize, and maintain the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Handle food with care: Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Stay stocked and ready: Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed, while keeping inventory levels in check and communicating shortages.
• Be the expert: Share your knowledge of our offerings to efficiently serve customers.
• Support behind the scenes: Assist with administrative tasks like ordering products, organizing the stockroom, and coordinating with vendors.
• Solve problems with a smile: Research and resolve quality or service complaints to keep our customers happy.
• Pitch in where needed: Receive, unload, and distribute deliveries, along with other duties as assigned.
