Location: Pearland, TX 77581
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour (with soldering experience)
$15.00 per hour (with mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn)
The Solder/Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting components with a high level of detail and precision. This role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to quality, and consistent attendance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering on small components and assemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment.
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to assemble parts accurately.
Conduct basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Demonstrate reliability and consistent attendance.
