Production Worker / Assembler

Location: De Smet, SD

Production Assembler – $21–$23/hr

Join a crew that builds custom aluminum windows from the ground up. If you like hands-on work, take pride in precision, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, you’ll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

• Cut, drill, mill, and route aluminum parts to spec
• Assemble components using various fastening methods
• Operate machinery, including CNC routers
• Rotate between workstations as needed
• Apply sealants and prep windows for shipment
• Load/unload trucks and help keep production flowing
• Inspect, clean, and package finished products

What You Bring:

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to read basic instructions and measurements
• Solid teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 50+ lbs and being on your feet
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and pitch in wherever needed

Work Environment:
Fast-paced production floor with moving equipment, moderate noise, and required PPE (eye and hearing protection).
