About PracticeTek Pay

PracticeTek Pay brings embedded payments into the workflows retail healthcare practices use every day. This role will help shape payment capabilities that reduce friction for provders and patients, improve visibility into collections and reconciliation, and support scalable payment operations across PracticeTek’s portfolio.

What You’ll Do

Here’s how you’ll help bring our mission to life and show up as a Trusted Partner:

  • Own the PracticeTek Pay product strategy and roadmap: Define and prioritize embedded payment capabilities that improve provider cash flow, patient checkout, onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, and operational efficiency across PracticeTek brands.
  • Drive the full product lifecycle for payments initiatives: Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration in partnership with engineering, design, QA, payment operations, sales, onboarding, support, marketing, and customer success.
  • Serve as the product expert for partners and workflows: Partner with internal teams and external vendors, including Adyen, Zentact, Salesforce, and other third-party providers to support cross-functional outcomes.

How Success is Measured

Here’s how we’ll know you’re making an impact and raising the bar:

  • PracticeTek Pay roadmap execution: Delivers prioritized payments roadmap commitments on time, with clear business cases, requirements, stakeholder alignment, launch plans, and measurable post-launch outcomes.
  • Payments adoption and activation: Improves merchant onboarding completion, activation rates, payment feature adoption, and successful processing volume against agreed targets.
  • Operational efficiency and issue reduction: Reduces payment-related escalations, onboarding friction, reconciliation gaps, underwriting delays, and repeat support issues through better product workflows, documentation, and integrations.
  • Revenue and margin optimization: Identifies and executes opportunities to improve payments revenue, interchange performance, cost visibility, transaction routing, and partner performance.
  • Stakeholder and customer impact: Builds strong feedback loops with practitioners, internal teams, and third-party partners, translating insights into product improvements that make payments simpler, faster, and more reliable.

What You Bring

Your unique talents are what make you shine. For this role, success looks like:

  • Minimum of six years of SaaS product management experience, preferably with healthcare payments.
  • Experience owning payments products or workflows involving processors, payment facilitators, underwriting, onboarding, compliance, PCI considerations, risk, reconciliation, reporting, or partner integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights, operational pain points, business goals, and payments data into clear product requirements, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, support, customer success, payment operations, finance, legal/compliance, and external vendors.
  • Preferred analytical and technical fluency, including comfort with data analysis, AI-enabled product requirements, and modern tools such as ChatGPT/Codex, Snowflake/Cortex, Claude, or similar platforms.
