-Engage and create interactive play and age-appropriate activities (crafts, learning games, outdoor time). -Help with light tidying, organizing of toys, play areas, and child-related items - clean up after yourself (food / play). -Experience with toddlers and early childhood development. -Creative and nurturing. -Arrives on time. Not on your phone while at our home. -Highly organized and mindful of maintaining a clean, calm home atmosphere. Mom and Dad both work from home. -Pet-friendly and comfortable around a small dog.
