As a Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and practice teams by providing timely, accurate, and professional service. You’ll be a trusted point of contact—helping resolve inquiries, navigating processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide professional, courteous support to practice teams and clients via phone and written communication
Research and resolve inquiries by delivering accurate information and practical solutions
Maintain high service standards while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Continuously learn and apply new processes, systems, and updates to ensure accurate support
Collaborate with teammates and act as a resource by sharing knowledge and best practices
Support team initiatives, process improvements, and department priorities
Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
What Experience You Need:
- 1-2 years of customer service, prior financial services industry, or Edward Jones experience recommended
- Strong computer skills are required, including effective use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
What Could Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
