Job Description

Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20–$22 per hour
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician with at least 2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Maintenance Technician experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to provide production support and troubleshoot equipment issues
Hands-on maintenance experience required (Supervisor experience alone is not sufficient)

Additional Information:

Training schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may be adjusted)
Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance
