Job Description for EOL Quality Inspector

We are an industry leader in the design and implementation of custom Auto Convertible Tops and our products/clients include some of the largest manufacturers in North America. We are seeking a Quality Inspector to work at our manufacturing plant EOL to identify products that don’t meet quality standards. The role of a Quality Inspector is to use their observational skills to notice when a material, product part or finished product differs from the blueprints. Quality Inspectors quickly and efficiently assess products at their assigned stage of production. This happening at our End Of Line preparing finished products for outgoing shipments. Quality Inspectors remove faulty items from the production line and report them to management to prevent sending poor quality items to customers.

Quality Inspector Main responsibilities

• Reviewing products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company requirements.

• Measuring objects compared to their intended physical specifications.

• Running quality tests.

• Identifying defects.

• Inspecting products at different stages of the manufacturing process.

• Documenting findings.

• Recommending improvements.

• Reporting any defects or issues to the production team
